Description

This workshop will challenge participants from varying social identities to consider the drivers of the visceral reactions that we have to issues which are important to us and conversely, those which are important to others.  We will then engage in dialogues which put into practice our ability to hear and be heard in difficult conversations. The sought outcome is greater understanding of varying perspectives and a commitment to conversations which are sustained over time.
